Sinead O'Shea

Sinead has a degree in English and French, a diploma in business studies, and a higher diploma in education; she is a fluent Irish speaker and has worked as both a secondary-school teacher in Dublin and a marketing executive for Sara Lee in France and Superquinn in Dublin. Sinead has written for a number of magazines and newspapers, including The Sunday Times, and was editor of the food section of Smurfit Communications' iVenus website, and the food content of Today's Parent magazine.
